Irish coffee is a great warm up drink any time of year. Our Pumpkin Spice Irish Coffee captures the essence of Fall, or at least the commercial essence, that conjures up memories of cool October evenings. To liven up this classic drink, mix up your own whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. Both are easy to make and add a burst of flavor not found in their off-the-shelf counterparts. Of course, if you’re just looking for an everyday pumpkin spice coffee, leave out the Bailey’s and serve your coffee hot or cold.

1 Tablespoons ground ginger

1 Tablespoons ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons ground allspice

2 teaspoons ground cloves

Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe

In a large glass bowl, blend 1 pint of heavy whipping cream with a hand or immersion blender until it doubles in size and changes texture. For added Fall flavor, drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of real maple syrup into the bowl and continue blending until the mixture is light and fluffy.
